NEIGHBORHOOD CHOICE REALTY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE TERMS OF USE IS LIMITED TO $50.00. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

The Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles that would require the application of the laws of a different state. Any disputes under these Terms of Use may be brought in the state courts and the Federal courts located in Viginia, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts. If any provision of the Terms of Use shall be held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
